By phone

Call the office at 703.349.3661. We try to answer all calls during normal business hours (8AM to 5PM weekdays), but sometimes that is not possible. If you leave a message, we'll call you back ASAP. After hours and on weekends, call the office number and leave a message. The computers will track us down, and we will try to return your call the same day or evening. We will not return calls past 10PM unless you specifically ask us to.

You can submit a trouble ticket directly into our system from a web browser. Just go to http://help.lucketts.net and submit a ticket. You can check on the status of any trouble ticket you have submitted via this web site.

Send an email describing your problem to help@lucketts.net A trouble ticket is automatically created in our system and we will take care of it for you.
